First i want to say sorry if my english is not very good, i used to write and speak it very good but I've kind of forgotten. Last saturday was the last day i ate meat and i feel great about it I'm decided to become a vegetarian, that's why i decided to look for pages like this, to search for information about nutrition and specially to meet veggie or vegan people. I hope you write to me.

Hi! I'm new too in this site and hopefully be able to meet some good friends whom I can communicate and get some interesting ideas. Personally, I am not yet a total vegan, but partial only, but looking forward to becoming one in the near future. Am glad you finally decided to become a vegan.. that's good and I congratulate you for that.

I have been a Vegan for 12 years and a two years before that i was a veggie. Carry on eating all your veg. Soya bean has most of the essential oils,proteins. Bieng a veg. i would advise getting a lot of sun for the vitamin D. And if you feel lethargic add some vitamin B12 to your diet. Personally i drink malt drinks rich in vitamin B. Hey Isabella, con grates on becoming veg. I've been a vegetarian for about 13 years now. And I've seen alot of people attempt and fail, due to lack of knowledge. The key is to get your 8 essential amino acids every day. Tofu is the only legume that covers all of them. Other than tofu, you'll have to combine grains and beans within a four hour period to make complete proteins. As well you'll need a daily supply of 3,6,9, essential oils.
