...if you don't use it, you lose it.
I've just returned from a client. Now, one of her friend's friend is very unwell. I meet alot of stories about unwell people. Blogging/diary writing is a way for me to offload. What happens to those 187,000 people who won't tlak to another soul for the next week? Is that just another stat?
Communication is what seperated us from the rest of creation: That whilst we are a part of the planet's animal kingdom, we can choose to refine our talents, enabling a g more......if you don't use it, you lose it.

To be within the process of living is challenging. One has to be brave to be honest. The painful process of realisation is something which comes with work, and as far as effort goes, it is in the process where the reward comes. THe reward is that things get easier as one learns to cope with less stress...like the difference between finger typing and touch typing; slow-text and predictive text; newspapers and poetry!!! :-)
